2. What are cookies and tracking tools
Cookies and similar tools allow information to be stored on the user’s device or access to information already present, as well as to maintain the shopping cart, ensure security, remember preferences, analyze site usage, or measure advertising campaigns.
3. Tools used
The site is created and managed through Shopify and uses the integrations activated in the store configuration. The following may be present:
· technical tools necessary for the operation of the site, shopping cart, checkout, payments, authentication, security, and preference management;
· Google Analytics 4, for statistical analysis and measurement of site usage;
· Google Tag Manager, for the technical management of tags and integrations;
· Meta Pixel, for campaign measurement, conversion tracking, and, where activated and authorized, remarketing or personalized advertising.
Google Analytics 4, Meta Pixel, and other analytical, advertising, remarketing, or profiling tools not necessary for the operation of the site are activated only according to the preferences expressed by the user through the consent management system available on the site.
The actual configuration may depend on the Shopify theme, installed apps, and active integrations. This policy describes known categories and tools; the list must be updated when any relevant changes occur.
4. Consent and preference management
Strictly necessary technical tools may be used without consent when indispensable for the operation of the site or the provision of the requested service.
For non-necessary tools, the banner must allow you to:
· accept all tools;
· reject non-necessary ones;
· manage individual categories.
The refusal must be available at the first level of the banner. Preferences can be modified or revoked at any time via the “manage cookie preferences” command.
Failure to consent to non-necessary tools does not prevent browsing, registration, purchasing, or the use of the essential functionalities of the site.
5. Shopify and suppliers
Shopify may use tools necessary for store management, checkout, the shopping cart, security, and sessions. Shopify, Google, Meta, and other suppliers may process data on behalf of ADMA S.r.l. or, for specific processing activities, as independent controllers, depending on the service used and the relevant configuration.
For processing carried out directly by Shopify, please refer to their privacy policy: https://privacy.shopify.com/en
For Google and Meta tools, the policies of the respective providers also apply.
6. International transfers
Some suppliers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where necessary, transfers are made based on the mechanisms provided by applicable law, such as adequacy decisions, standard contractual clauses, or other instruments permitted by the GDPR.
7. Duration and revocation
The duration of individual cookies and tools depends on their function and the configuration of the site and its suppliers. User preferences are kept for the time necessary to comply with and document the choice expressed.
Revocation of consent prevents the further activation of non-necessary tools for which consent has been revoked, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before the revocation.
8. Preference panel
Necessary tools: Always active because they are indispensable for the operation of the site, the shopping cart, checkout, and security.
Analysis and measurement: Used for statistics and measurement of site usage, including Google Analytics 4. Deactivated in the absence of consent.
Marketing and personalization: Used for campaign measurement, conversion tracking, remarketing, and personalized advertising, including Meta Pixel where active. Deactivated in the absence of consent.
The panel must allow you to save preferences and modify them subsequently.
